By creating a PipSePaisa account, enrolling in a course, accessing VIP features, using trading tools or continuing to use this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the relevant account or paid service.
2. Forex Education & Information
PipSePaisa provides Forex trading education, technical and fundamental analysis, market insights, trading tools, charts, signals and other educational resources. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
3. Trading Risk
Forex, metals, CFDs and other leveraged financial markets involve significant risk. Prices can move quickly and losses may occur. PipSePaisa does not guarantee profit, account growth, trading performance, win rates or any specific financial result. Each user is responsible for their own trading decisions, position sizing, risk limits and capital.
4. User Accounts
Users should provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials private. Accounts and paid access are intended for the registered user. Users are responsible for reasonable steps to protect their account and should contact support if they believe access has been compromised.
5. Courses & Educational Access
PipSePaisa may provide free and paid Forex trading courses, webinars, sessions and learning materials. Course availability, duration, instructors, schedules, modules and pricing may vary. We may update educational content or schedules where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the learning experience.
6. VIP Access, Signals & Trading Tools
VIP access may include trading signals, market charts, articles, journals, calculators, trading tools or other premium platform features. Access duration and pricing are shown at purchase or activation. VIP access is personal and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
Signals, charts, levels and market commentary are educational market observations and do not guarantee an outcome. Users remain responsible for whether and how they act on any information.
7. Payments, Verification & Refund Requests
Paid services may require payment verification before access is activated. Users are responsible for providing correct payment information and any requested proof of payment.

Broker spreads, leverage, deposits, withdrawals, execution conditions, promotions and availability can vary by account type, country, jurisdiction and official broker terms. Users should verify current information directly with the broker before opening or funding an account.
Some broker links may be referral, affiliate or partner links. PipSePaisa may receive a commission or other benefit when an eligible user registers or trades through a partner link. This does not remove the user's responsibility to independently evaluate a broker and its terms.
9. Intellectual Property
PipSePaisa courses, videos, charts, educational materials, website content, graphics, branding and original resources may not be copied, resold, redistributed, reproduced, recorded or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits.
10. Acceptable Use & Account Misuse
PipSePaisa may restrict or suspend access where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized account sharing, abuse of services, attempts to interfere with platform security or material violation of these Terms. We aim to apply such measures reasonably and proportionately.
11. Website Availability
We work to keep PipSePaisa available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting providers, external services, market-data providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
